What Pronoska is
Pronoska is a free football prediction game available at pronoska.com. You predict the exact score of every match in each round, earn points and Coins for what you get right, compete in rankings and redeem your Coins for rewards from the catalog.
These terms are the agreement between you and Pronoska ("Pronoska", "we", "us") on the use of the site and all of its services. By creating an account or using Pronoska, you accept them together with our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with them, do not use Pronoska.
Free, with no financial risk
Playing Pronoska is free. You do not have to pay anything to create an account, enter rounds, earn Coins or redeem rewards.
Chips and Coins cannot be bought with money. There is no way to pay for them, so you cannot lose money by playing. Your results depend on your predictions and on what happens on the pitch.
The VIP Pass is an optional subscription. You do not need it to play, to earn Coins or to redeem rewards.
Who can use Pronoska
To use Pronoska you must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your country if it is higher.
You may not use Pronoska from a place where taking part in prize contests like this one is not allowed. You are responsible for checking that you can take part from where you play.
Some rewards are only available in certain regions. The catalog shows each reward's region before you redeem it.
Your account
You can sign up with your email address and a password, or with your Google account. If you use email and password, you must confirm your address with the code we send you. Either way, you must choose a username before you start playing.
Your username is public: it appears in the rankings next to your results. Once chosen, it cannot be changed. It must not be offensive, impersonate another person or brand, or include personal data such as your full name, phone number or email address. We may block or replace a username that breaks these rules.
Each person may hold only one account. Your account is personal: you may not share, sell or transfer it, and you may not use someone else's.
You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for all activity on your account. If you think someone has accessed it without permission, change your password and contact us immediately.
How to play
A play is your prediction of the exact score of every match in one round of one competition. You can make one play per round and competition.
You can edit your play until the first match of the round kicks off. From then on it is locked and can no longer be changed or cancelled.
In each play you choose one multiplier match, which doubles the points and Coins of that prediction.
Each prediction scores according to what you get right: the exact score, the outcome (who wins, or a draw) or the goals of one of the teams. The points and Coins for each case are shown in the app.
We score using the final result reported by our sports data provider, including extra time if it was played. Penalty shoot-outs do not count. A postponed, suspended or cancelled match scores no points and pays no Coins.
Chips and Coins
Chips are used to enter rounds. You receive a starting balance when you create your account and can earn more with the daily reward. Each play costs Chips, and the cost is shown before you confirm it. Chips cannot be redeemed for rewards.
Coins are earned through correct predictions, ranking positions and invitations. They can only be used to redeem rewards from the Pronoska catalog.
Neither Chips nor Coins are money, and they have no monetary value. They cannot be bought, sold, transferred between accounts or exchanged for money. They are part of the game: we grant you a personal, limited licence to use them within Pronoska.
The daily reward can be claimed once every 24 hours. If more than 48 hours pass since your last claim, your streak starts over.
We may adjust game values in the future, such as the cost of a play, the rewards or the price of a catalog item. Those changes never affect plays already confirmed or Coins you have already earned legitimately.
Rankings and Coin prizes
Your plays compete in several rankings: one for each round, one for each period, the global monthly ranking and, if you hold the VIP Pass, the VIP monthly ranking. For each ranking, the app shows which rounds it includes, the total prize available and how many positions are paid.
Rankings are ordered by points and, in case of a tie, by the number of exact scores. Players who are still tied share the position and split the prizes of the positions they occupy equally.
The total prize of each ranking depends on the number of participants. Prizes are credited in Coins when the ranking closes, that is, when all of its rounds have finished and been scored.
In the rankings, any player can see your username, your position, your points, your exact scores, the prize for your position and, if you have one, your VIP badge.
Invitations
You have a personal invitation link. When someone creates an account from your link and the first round they play is over, you receive the Coins shown in the app. They are paid only once per invited person.
Invitations are for real people who want to play. You may not invite yourself, create accounts to collect invitation Coins or spread your link through spam. If we detect any of this, we may cancel the Coins obtained.
VIP Pass
The VIP Pass is an optional monthly subscription. It costs USD 3.99 per month, plus any taxes that apply in your country. The final price is shown before you pay.
While your pass is active, you get free plays in each period, the Coin prize for your position in the round, period and global monthly rankings is doubled, you enter the VIP monthly ranking and a VIP badge appears next to your name. The number of free plays is shown in the app, and unused ones do not carry over.
The pass does not change your points or your position in any ranking. It does not double per-match Coins or the VIP monthly ranking prize either.
Payments are processed by Polar (polar.sh), which acts as the authorised reseller: it charges the payment, issues the receipt and handles taxes. By paying, you also accept its terms. Pronoska never receives or stores your card details.
The subscription renews automatically every month until you cancel it. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal, which you open from the app. If you cancel, you keep the benefits until the end of the period you have already paid for. If a payment cannot be collected, the pass expires at the end of the last paid period.
We do not refund partial periods. If where you live gives you the right to withdraw from an online purchase, write to support@pronoska.com within that time and we will honour it.
If we change the price, we will notify you at least 30 days in advance. The new price applies from the next renewal, and you can cancel before then if you do not accept it.
Redeeming rewards
The catalog includes games and digital gift cards. Each reward shows its price in Coins and the options you must choose, such as platform or region.
The catalog, prices and availability may change at any time. The price you pay is the one shown when you confirm the redemption.
When you confirm a redemption, the Coins are deducted immediately. The redemption is final: it cannot be cancelled, swapped for another reward or returned. Before confirming, check that the platform and region you chose work with your account on that service. We cannot replace a reward because of a wrongly chosen option.
We send the reward to your account's email address within 7 business days of the redemption. If you have not received it by then, write to support@pronoska.com.
Rewards are third-party products, such as PlayStation, Xbox, Steam, Nintendo, Roblox or Fortnite, and their use is subject to each company's terms. Pronoska is not affiliated with them and is not responsible for how their services work.
If rewards must be declared or are taxed where you live, that is your responsibility.
We may withhold or cancel a redemption if we detect fraud, the use of multiple accounts or any other breach of these terms.
Fair play
To keep the competition fair, you may not:
- Hold more than one account or create accounts for other people.
- Use bots, programs or other automated means to play or claim rewards.
- Exploit system errors to obtain Chips, Coins or rewards. If you find an error, let us know.
- Access or try to access other people's accounts, or interfere with how the service works.
- Coordinate with other players to manipulate the rankings.
- Sell, buy or trade accounts, Coins or rewards.
- Use Pronoska for commercial purposes or illegal activities.
We use automatic checks to prevent abuse, such as mass account creation.
Suspending and closing accounts
We may suspend or close your account if you breach these terms, if we detect fraud or if a competent authority requires us to. In those cases we may also cancel Chips, Coins and redemptions obtained improperly. We will tell you the reason whenever we can.
You can delete your account whenever you want from your account menu. When you delete it, you lose any Chips and Coins you have not redeemed.
If you have a VIP Pass, deleting your account cancels the subscription: you are not charged again, and the period already paid is not refunded.
Sports data and corrections
Fixtures and results come from external sports data providers. Although we check them, they may be delayed or contain errors.
If we detect an error in a result, a score or a credit, we may correct it, including by deducting Coins credited by mistake.
The competitions available may change. Pronoska is not affiliated with any league, federation or club. Their names and trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to identify the matches.
Availability and changes to the service
We work to keep Pronoska available at all times, but we cannot guarantee it. There may be interruptions for maintenance, technical failures or causes beyond our control.
We may add, change or remove features of the service.
If we decide to shut Pronoska down, we will give you at least 30 days' notice. During that time you will be able to redeem your Coins for the rewards available. If you hold an active VIP Pass, we will refund the unused part of the paid period.
Intellectual property
The Pronoska brand, design, texts and software belong to us or to our licensors. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use Pronoska in accordance with these terms.
You may not copy, modify, distribute or reverse engineer the service, or extract its data in bulk.
Third-party trademarks that appear in Pronoska, such as those of rewards or competitions, belong to their owners.
Liability
We provide Pronoska "as is". To the extent permitted, we are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profits or loss of data, or for failures of third-party services such as sports data, payment or reward providers.
To the extent permitted, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid Pronoska in the 12 months before the claim.
Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer where you live.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date of the last update appears at the top of this page.
If a change is significant, we will notify you by email or in the app at least 15 days in advance. If you keep using Pronoska after that date, you accept the new terms. If you do not accept them, you can close your account.

If you have a problem with Pronoska, write to us first at support@pronoska.com. We want to sort it out with you quickly and directly.
These terms are available in several languages. If versions differ, the English version prevails.
